1 /5 George Gonzalez: “ Shady Mechanic” I have a 1998 Honda Civic . I personally did the tune up 2 months ago. I took my vehicle in to get the water pump replaced, it is recommended to replace the timing belt all at once. They did the work and the next day the car start to misfire. I had another mechanic look at it and was told to take it back to Gonzalo at Fort Bend Auto Service because the timing was not done correctly. I called Gonzalo and told him the car was not running correctly and that I had another mechanic look at it and the mechanic told me the timings as not correct . Gonzalo told me to bring the car in. I took back the car and he said that the timing was ok and that I needed to replace the spark plugs and wires . I explained to him that those parts were replaced two months ago and I had receipts and a warranty when I purchased them . When I asked him why did I need to replace them he said they were bad. I asked how can they go bad when they are new? 2 months old to be exact. His response was “ I don’t know” Well he charged me another $45 which no explanation to why we needed to replace these parts! Do Not Take your vehicle here!

Im having problems with my brakes now Forgot to mention I had a leak in my truck and they were going to charge me $600 it was just the hose and I paid $80 for all the parts and had my uncle do it

1 /5 Muhammad Amir: I have camery 2009 and I came here to fix my horn , the guy said nothing and started to fix the horn which I bought somewhere else he fixed it and said if I pay cash so the fees will be $45 and if I will pay with card even debit he will take extra $20 as a tax amount when I protested about he took $ 50 total, what the hell they are cheating if I will agree to pay, I will not recommend this place and the guy is old having a old white truck
