Flat Rock Park - Kerrville (TX)

4 /5 Oui Cest Moi ValE: Wondrous place to take photos! Beautiful location to walk along the river, a fabulous view! Parking can be found anywhere, dirt paths to park by the water in deep shade from phenomenally large trees! Ive watched families bring a portable barbecue and fix lunch... Trees roots can be seen growing into the river, theres even a rope being and a tire swing hung on 1 of the trees! There are 2-3 cement picnic tables on the slope, a separate area for a childrens playground with slide and swings. Fur-baby dogs are welcome here, on leash, of course!

5 /5 Lisa Quenon: We absolutely love this park. It winds far along the river spaciously. The kids enjoy the Playscape and the dog enjoys the dog park. It would be nice if there was another picnic table at the Playscape. Port-a-potty

5 /5 Bev Schmaltz: Went to Kerrvilles Easter Party at Flat Rock Park. We had a great time listening to live music by the great Corey Weaver Band. There was also a BBQ cook-off, old cars and a great petting zoo. The day was beautiful and the Guadalupe River was sparkling

5 /5 Christianne Gingerich: Flat Rock Park is a must visit. There’s not much by the way of extra structures, but is an excellent nature-space by the river. Waters are incredibly clear, picturesque and it’s a perfect place to have a romantic moment by the riverside.
