You not only get a “on time” word when you visit but you also meet really nice people who become friends and family! Pastor Mike and Pastor Lisbeth are true servants of God and they walk in such humility and they both have servant hearts! All of the staff members are very nice and welcoming. My wife and I first visited in November 2024, and from day one, we were welcomed with open arms and treated like family. HTX Realtor With-A-View: The usher here are a Joke and it is evident they serve 2 gods. I came to church to receive communion on 100% chance a rain Sunday upon entering I asked if there where more seats. His response your late the member seated turned around. I mentioned Im just trying to take communion man. I said this is exactly why people dont come to church because always a hypocrite spirit in the building. I can sat this is not the first time this gas happen. When I tried to report the last usher the church didnt respond. What is the church for? If you cant enter without being harassed about the time you can. I just thank God for waking me and allowing to make it. I want to thank Brother Charles Elvison & Brother Peter for his aide as he witness what happen and help both me and my husband with communion. We decided to not enter and hang out in the lobby to here the rest of church. 1 last thing there were seats available for to people.

D D: I don’t remember the Universal church teaching that salvation comes from Jesus and Him crucified. They base their services on teachings of the Old Testament- it is works based (campaigns) and being blessed in all areas of our life. (Prosperity) If we didn’t receive the blessing then we didn’t have enough faith. So we have to keep working on those campaigns until every area of our lives are blessed. Yes, people at Universal may have faith in God, but do they have trust in Him even when the situation doesn’t turn around as a result of their campaign participation? A pastor will speak to their members and ask if they have a testimony as a result of the campaign. If they don’t have a testimony, it’s always encouraged to participate in another campaign. Some situations do change for people but they need to realize that if it’s God’s will then it will happen on His time. His will be done not ours.

He breaks everything down so that you will understand what he is saying. Praise and worship is awesome. If you need that spiritual Flame Lit and those heavy burdens lifted... JT 512: Love it I walked down from Garden Oaks and found another humble church. My family growing up wasn’t Christian and when I finally got baptized I wasn’t sure the church lived up to its ideals. Now older and still young in my faith I realize that humbleness and meekness are a great indicator of our faith. We are sinners. No doubt about it. Thank you Lord for these folks and the constant message that is delivered thru these pastors and Children’s leaders. God we pray for the Heights to not only know you but set themselves apart for you Father Last note. My 3yr old daughter said I like that church. Let’s go back next week.
