1 /5 Crystal Condet: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. I took my 2018 Volvo here to have an oil change maybe 8 months ago give or take. I left feeling good because of course I’ve never had a problem with my ford fusion oil changes which he used to change for me. However I started noticing very oil drips when I move my vehicle but I still wasn’t sure if it was my vehicle cause like I said it small drops and I was thinking it was a car before I parked mines. So when it was time for new oil change in December 2024, I took it back to them because I also wanted them to check where the leak was coming if it was mines. I told The young man cashier to tell the technician if I have an oil leak then don’t change the oil cause it would be a waste of my money if it’s gonna just leak out. The young man assured me NO PROBLEM THEY WILL CHECK FOR LEAKS but he LIED ! I left and the next day I woke up with a oil leak. I took my car to dealership and they explained the problem which was my oil filter housing cover was stripped stating whoever changed my oil didn’t use the correct tool to properly replace filter. I took my car back to ETA and told them They changed my oil even though it did have a leak from the previous time they changed my oil and charged me 100$ twice , they stripped my oil filter housing cover and the owner told me it had oil when I brought it there and they didn’t do anything he doesn’t care what the dealership says. Thank god it didn’t have to cost me an entire engine for their wrong but he hasn’t heard the last of me cause I have extended warranty and he could have handled the situation differently and made more money but they rather lie and steal ppl hard earned money. Now I have to fight for my just to prove who was lying but I don’t mind when I have my all receipts and recordings. Long story short answer, The owner has gotten older and those workers are not qualified.
