5 /5 Lisa Munoz: Love Embellish for my nails. I see Sarah and she is fantastic with gels and nail art. We have lots of fun getting creative. Embellish also has a really cute gift shop and parking at this location is always a breeze!

5 /5 Tee Cee: Embellish is the best nail salon in town. I’ve been to the Anderson & this Westlake location and both are FANTASTIC! I’ve tried ALL the other nail salons that are walk-in, less expensive, etc etc etc. THIS is the place. They are clean, & follow all sanitation practices to a T. They know how to give a proper manicure and listen to what you want. There are zero communication issues, no up-selling or “guilting” you into anything. The chairs are comfortable, they give you neck wraps and have complementary water and snacks. You DO need advance appointments but they can sometimes accommodate a last-minute appointment. They are kind and great on the phone. After trying pretty much every nail salon in my area, I always come back to the #1 Embellish.

2 /5 R J: I started going to Embellish when they opened their first location in The Triangle back in the day. I was thrilled when they opened the Westlake location close to me and have been a loyal customer for many years. But over the last year or so, my experiences have been inconsistent and often not up to quality, resulting in me needing corrective services. While they are always happy to oblige, new owners just don’t seem to have the same standards or quality controls. I’m going to start looking for other options.
