5 /5 Tano Macias: Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Very attentive staff and courteous. The only thing they need to do is get an open and close sign since they have new operation hours.

1 /5 Adela Lopez: I came here because of the availability of appointments. I waited almost one hour in the lobby. Then i was called along with 2 other people. I had to keep waiting as there are only 2 staff in the back. One doing xrays and the other the cleanings. Finally after about 40 more minutes the Dentist came for exam. After that a few more minutes for my cleaning. Icela the hygienist was nice . Will be getting a second opinion as dentist said i needed several work done, despite i hadn’t had a cavity in like ten years . Total time spent was 2 hours 10 minutes.

1 /5 nora Cantu: I have been taking my kids to Elstar dental since it was changed from Kool smiles, but the service on 2316 S. Zapata hwy ste 190 in Laredo Tx had very poor customer service. The business hours are not updated on the online site and when you call they never answer. It says on the updated paper sign they have on the door that they open from 8am to 5pm but the clerks didnt open until 8:15 because they were busy in the parking lot chatting away. Why schedule patient early and ask them to be there 15 minutes prior if you are still going to make us wait in our vehicles? My daughter had a procedure appointment but they waited 3 weeks so they can just tell me they no longer have a provider so my daughter wont get her procedure done, so now I have to look for a new provider. RIDICULOUS!
