Amarallis Reyna: I was recommended to this salon and had high hopes based on the positive reviews I read. My nail technician didn’t speak English, but a translator helped communicate what I wanted, so language wasn’t an issue. However, throughout the appointment, the technician frequently checked her phone, either for messages or to watch something, which felt unprofessional.Unfortunately, my nails didn’t fully dry, as they started chipping the next day, even though it had not been a full week. I was charged $60 for a dip manicure, which I felt was high given that they didn’t last. Additionally, both pinky nails were very thick, causing discomfort for a day or two. The receptionist was friendly, but based on my experience, I don’t plan to return.

Ash: The manicure was so rushed and the work reflects that. I had top coat on my fingers when they were done they skipped the cleaning of my nails as well. The wait was so long we asked how long the wait was when coming in and they just said to take a seat we waited 30-40 min (they’re very understaffed - 3 workers) I understand wanting to make money but be considerate and honest with wait times I wouldn’t have mind the wait if I’d known it also make the work y’all do sloppy if yall are rushing
