4 /5 Catsur na: Ducks, geese, and turtles are typical sights here. If youre lucky you might see a Great Blue Heron! The nature aspect is quite nice. Be aware that hobos tend to live under the bridges in the area, and lots of people just dump their trash in/near the river. If not for that, it would be a really great place.

5 /5 Reshma Manohar: This place includes approximately seven miles of multi-use, lighted trail that loops along both banks of the Brazos River and a couple of suspension bridges. I personally prefer this park (east end) to Cameron park. The whole trail offers you a vast view of the river. There is a playground, picnic area and a washroom at the entrance. There are benches put near the river, on the sides of the trails and at the deck view which is very thoughtful. The suspension bridge walk is something that you can’t miss during sunset and sunrise hours. Great place for photoshoots.

5 /5 Dario Chavez: The East Riverwalk in Waco follows along on both sides of the Brazos River. Its a concrete multi-use trail with several bridges. This trail also connects to McLane Stadium and Baylor University. Right at the moment however, there are numerous interruptions in the trail due to construction. If you have the time I highly recommend coming here for a walk.
