jennifer forero: Had to take my son to the ER today after an injury playing soccer. I have to say I am so very impressed with this ER.
I walked in and the ER was very clean. At check in, the receptionist was very nice and efficient. Once I sat down, they nurse called us back within 5 min and while taking the vitals the Dr. Walked in and checked my son. She was helping with vitals and temps and was very nice. She got my son a sling right away and helped make him a bit more comfortable. The nurse finished doing all his part and put us in a room. Shortly after, registration and xray tech came in. The nurse came in gave medication and we waited for results. We were out in less than 1.5 from the ER with everything we needed and a plan forward.
I am so happy I took my son here to get him the help he needed.
Jolie C: I recently visited this ER, and I’ll admit I was nervous because of the reviews I had read. However, I was in excruciating pain and experiencing symptoms so severe that I felt like I might have a stroke or worse. I truly feared for my life. I couldn’t drive myself and it was late in the evening, so my options were limited. I didn’t want to burden anyone or risk traveling further to a hospital in Houston or Pearland, especially since one of my symptoms was double vision. With that, I decided to go to this ER and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was compassionate and understanding. They let me turn off the lights in my room because the bright hospital lights were unbearable given my condition. I couldn’t open my eyes but every person who interacted with me was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. I could feel their sincerity and care, which made a terrifying situation much more bearable.
I wish I could personally name everyone who helped me that night but unfortunately, I couldn’t see them to remember faces. The only name I have is Nurse Practitioner Pamela Drever, listed on my paperwork. If she or anyone reading this can identify the lovely team that worked with her that night, I’d love to update this review and give them the recognition they deserve.
By the next day, I was feeling so much better and immensely relieved. I cannot thank this team enough for the outstanding care I received. If you’re hesitant about this ER, let me assure you that they treated me with professionalism, kindness, and compassion when I needed it most.
UPDATE: Removed stars…it’s been a few weeks and despite me sending a message on MyChart I have yet to get my lab result?
T C: I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Meaghan and Elena through the Home Team at CHN. As an 88-year-old, I face challenges with mobility and no longer have the ability to easily get in my car as I did a decade ago. This team, along with Dr. Mikki, has truly been a godsend for our household. The compassion and care these ladies have shown me in my own home has made a world of difference in my daily life. We are so appreciative of everything you do. Thank you!
Jackylyn S: Came in to see doctors about my legs and the pain Ive been in for a week now. Got here at 11:30am, met with receptionist (pretty nice), got heart and blood pressure done at 12:25, got blood work done in the lobby at 1:15pm, finally got to a room at 3:30pm, now waiting for a doctor. No wonder I never go to the doctors unless I have too, and that is far in few between...I have to be hurting so bad or dying to come back here again...at least I got a warm blancket in the icebox freezer they have going on here. I wanna go home, at least its cleaner there.
Tonie Meyer: I have to compliment your hospital. All of the staff were extremely courteous and I was glad to see that’s also a teaching hospital. I think it’s very important that we look after the future. Everyone was very caring, attentive and make sure I was comfortable at all times. The test ordered were carried out in a very timely manner, and I appreciate your staff immensely.
Sandra Green: i saw the doctor for over a year,trying treatments left snd right. Do Not do the physical therapy. His staff proclaimed 1 hip wss lower than other..So,i swear,i actually let them treat my uneven hips.. by their lesser intelligent act: 2 ladies behan oulling 1 leg to make it.? non uneven. i had to rehab myself after,because sciatic nerve wad damaged .i felt only right thing would b to at least leave my expdrience here. and this wss least damagkng trestment..
Chase&Ashley G: If I could give zero stars I would… I came here for a first initial prenatal appointment so get the feel for different drs in the area. This place absolutely made me and my husband feel gross the moment we arrived. They treated me like I was a 12 year old that got pregnant irresponsibly when I’m 26 and married. Absolutely don’t recommend coming here, I immediately switched drs and love the one I ended up with. I wouldn’t trust the place with my life let alone the life of my unborn son.
