1 /5 Melissa Smith: Had an appointment scheduled for today, made it 2 weeks ago, but I received a call from their office and said that their computer shows they are out of network for my insurance. I asked how that could be, I found them through my insurance healthcare finder. United Healthcare shows on the app that they are In-Network. I asked her to call and verify and she said no I can’t do that. Confused I said so you want me to call United Healthcare myself? Anyway I did call United Healthcare and yes they are in network, the agent was going to conference me in with them, but when she got on the phone with Elena she said that she would not conference with me and that she had to discuss with the Doctor she could not take the agents word and that they would call me they have my number. What the heck? I don’t care if this place has 5 stars what a terrible first impression! Very unprofessional and even if they do figure out this was a mistake I believe I would be better off driving 30 miles out of my way for a better experience.
