The ladies at the front desk however denied me copies of his findings about what was going on and told me THEY DONT GIVE OUT COPIES. That is MY medical diagnosis and MY medical chart. I was then told they would mail in to me. Here I am month later and still have NO DOCUMENTATION for my records. I will be seeking and orthopedic doctor that WILL allow me to have copies of my diagnosis.

Sarah Smith: I love this family practice here I was going to the hospital clinic but didn’t like the service there or how they handle their patients. I accidentally thought this clinic does Walk-ins unfortunately they don’t. But the receptionist was really nice and explained to me how they set up appointments for their new patients. When I went in for my appointment.The receptionist (I believe her name was Sarah) verified all my information and she was really nice. Nurses were really caring and kind. And Doctor Billings was very kind and understanding. He answer any questions I had for him. He was very helpful. Overall my experience here was great.

Ajay G: Dr. Mario Vasquez is the best doctor Ive ever had, and I have seen many. You can tell he really cares about his patients and he really makes sure to listen to me if I have questions, comments or any type of concern. Hes sympathetic, intelligent and a great listener AND his staff are extremely kind and helpful, just the cherries on top! They never make you feel like a burden when you visit their place of work. Even though the wait times can be a little long (which is understandable because Dr. Vasquez makes sure to spend the proper amount of time with each of his patients) i highly recommend you pay them a visit!
