Shannon Dr. Daftarian is wonderful! Very patient and kind. Under her care, Ive received the most comprehensive and compassionate care in my history. Also, she has referred me to excellent specialists as needed. Ive referred her to others who now see her as their primary. Ive never had any issues with billing my insurance, scheduling or general inquiries. Coming from a Healthcare background, thats BIG!

Robert Murphy Awhile back, my wife went in with problems that we had no clue what was goin on and the dr said it was fibro. Well, we decided to get a second opinion from another dr (which everyone does because there is more one dr in this world). Fast forward to yesterday and my wife called to make an apt and they had one for 1:45. Wife said thank you, see you then. 2 or 3 minutes later, they called her back and said “im sorry, but since you seeked care from another physician, the dr has BLOCKED you from being seen”. WHEN THE HELL WAS IT MADE AGAINST THE LAW TO SEE ANOTHER DR?????? Wife ended up goin to the emergency room and got the treatment she needed. They cant say that we owed them anything from before because we paid everytime. This Dr turned away someone that was in need of help and they blocked her. VERY PROFESSIONAL. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY DR ON THIS PLANET MA’AM!!

Robert Ross I wish I could select ZERO stars. My daughter went into this office. They did not verify my daughters insurance coverage and charged her $103 for the visit. $103 that she did not have, so she put it on her credit card. My daughters insurance should have and did cover the full visit because we had met our maximum out of pocket. Once they received the Explanation Of Benefits, showing that $0.00 was owed, they DID NOT reach out to us to refund, we had to call them and request a refund. And when we did this, we were told we would receive the check in 3-5 business days. Six business days later, we called again, having not received the check. Believing that they had already mailed the check, we asked them to VOID it, and issue a credit to the credit card. They refused. HOWEVER, they had not even mailed it yet. Had they shared that information, they I could have easily sent my daughter to their office to pick the check up. Instead, they decided to make it appear that the check was in the mail and would arrive as soon as the mail man delivered it. In actuality, they hadnt even written the check yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH.
