Double C Service Center - Seymour (TX)

5 /5 juan garcia: Traveling from Dallas Tx to Lubbock Tx with a stack of dumpster bins on a trailer, we had one of our trailer springs break in Seymour. luckily we were about a block away from this shop. We pulled in and spoke to an employee who told us they could fix it buy might not be today due to other vehicles they were already working on, I would have to talk to the boss. Mind you, Im still 4 hours away from home. Mr. Randy (the boss) came around and after addressing the issue he told us to pull the trailer up to the garage, he got on the phone right away and began calling shops around to see if they had a spring for my trailer. He ended up finding someone who had one and even went out of his way to go get it. After maybe less than an hour of working on the trailer, he had us fixed up and back on the road. Definitely some good people.

5 /5 Cam Reinhart: One of our vehicles lost a timing belt between Benjamin and Guthrie, TX. Middle of nowhere. While my son waited on a tow truck with his car, some quick research turned up Double C in Seymour. We had the tow truck take him there after the shop had closed one evening, I met them there after driving from DFW, and we left a note and the key in their mailbox. I spoke with Randy at Double C the following day and based on our first conversation, felt confident the vehicle was in good hands. What he was describing matched with my understanding of the repair. We picked it up today after a few weeks. The shop is closed on Saturday, but Randy met us on his off day since we had to drive 2 hours to get there. The cost was about $600 less than I expected, and was done right the first time. Kudos to Randy and Double C for a great job. It can be unnerving dealing with an out of town shop you might not know, but Randy will take care of you.

They worked on our baby (black h2 hunmer) and we are so appreciative of the honesty, integrity and friendliness of Randy and the Lady in office and VERY reasonable rates as well. Im always nervous on going to the mechanic because we travel a lot and have seen a lot of bad experiences, but Double C service center has all our future business and has given us a peace of mind of finally finding our vehicles doctor!!! Thank yall very much and we will be back with all our future auto needs.

5 /5 D Owens: I have been from Carolina beach north Carolina to Bakersfield California and these guys have delivered the most profesional looking Product and services. The performance shop, nor from any Ford dealer has done a better job. They can and will help you figure out your best course and what is the best option to fix your truck. Weather its just a get me by or fix everyrhing I was very impressed with their work. They do stay pretty busy so keep in touch with them.
