1 /5 zury n: i wasn’t greeted upon arriving and after waiting an hour i decided to leave as no one was giving me a service and its first come first serve and they let a well known customer of theirs ahead after telling me i would be next. do not recommend

1 /5 Judy DD: I went in with two other ladies for haircuts as we walked in we weren’t greeted. There was no available seating and we were standing looking where we could wait had to ask if we could seat in a small sofa towards the back. We waited an hour and asked how many more people were in front of us they said they had one more as there was a bigger group of ladies all getting cuts. There was four employees working today and after waiting little over an hour a man walks in and was greeted and they told him if he didn’t mind standing for the wait and then worker that I asked how many more people ahead of us finished a cut and tells him to go ahead and seat for his hair cut!!!! No apologies to us 3 waiting over an hour or telling us oh he had an appointment but you’re next NOTHING!!!!!!! Extremely waste of my time. They all seemed to be in a bad mood. The tall older employee is the one that usually does our cuts and she kept making remarks of a coworker as she had to wait in her to finish using the sink with her client to service her and just made it extremely uncomfortable to be there. A man walked in and asked if he could do his nails and they all laughed and said the nail tech wasn’t in today. When he left they all kept laughing that he asked to get a manicure!!!! Go if you want bad service and wait long time for service and be judged!!!!!

1 /5 Hector Carbajal: The lady who cut my hair said she was the manager of this salon. However, she didnt sound like it. All throughout my haircut session, she complained that parents would take their children while being undecided as to their childs hair cut. I felt uncomfortable and Im sure her coworker next to her felt uncomfortable that she spent all her time complaining and whining as she cut my hair. I could tell she is a toxic manager and the salon is a toxic workplace. The majority of people there wanted another stylist to attend to their children. Go elsewhere for a a haircut, folks!

1 /5 Jennifer qiuGalindo: DO NOT go to this trashy salon. Its very dirty inside, they do not care to sweep any hair off the floor. I went with a friend for her birthday. She got a pedicure, manicure and lashes done. The lady DID NOT clean her nails correctly, didn’t even push her cuticles back. My friend asked for a full lash set and they only did half, telling her to come back to finish. They also told her to to wait 24 hrs to wash. After 24 hrs , she took a shower. When she came out, ALL the lashes fell off. We tried calling the lady at the salon and left her messages to which she IGNORED us. We had went on a Wednesday, didn’t even last 3 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND. better off going somewhere else. I dont think any businesses of these people are the best to give your money to. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

1 /5 Emily Mills: I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon. I dont bash businesses so Ill simply state this. I am mixed but look white. My son is white. We walked in and were completely ignored while everyone spoke Spanish. People came in after us who didnt look like us and were greeted/assisted instantly. I speak fluent Spanish I know everything you ladies. Ill never go back or support this business again.
