5 /5 Tucker Xaveria “Tang”: This place is absolutely incredible! There is so much to see, all owned by one person. I was in awe from the moment we arrived until the very end of our visit. This is a must-see while in the city, and the fact that it’s completely free makes it even more amazing! Ive been to other attractions that charge an entrance fee, but experiencing all of this at no cost is truly exceptional. I highly encourage everyone to explore it, rent the space, or just drop by. You are going to love it!

5 /5 Kathy Doolin: Just went here on a date night with hubby. I am already planning on returning! The car collection is the best I have seen in a museum. The layout and display of the vehicles make it easy to view each exhibit and take pictures without impeding other guests. Since I am not a car person, I was not expecting to fall in love with so many of the exhibits, but i did! As an artist the color, design and lines of this eclectic collection was inspiring. A real treat for the eye. I was thrilled...next, we visited the toy section which blew me away! My husband and I became children again seeing all the toys from our childhood, as well as a myriad of toys we wish we had. It was eye-opening and refreshing to see toys from all around the world, once again displayed magnificently and efficiently. We never felt hurried or crowded! Then, we viewed what i call the eclectic exhibits. This section ALONE is worth the visit. All sorts of interesting, unique, odd and beautiful objects. I have no idea why this is free, but do yourself a huge favor and visit. You will not regret it.

5 /5 Kenna Cruze: Place was huge with a wide variety of vintage and eclectic vehicles. Was a wonder to browse through. Cars were (mostly) Germanic with a section of Japanese cars closer to the end. Staff was very nice and everything had a good description with detail. I will definitely be going again. Didn’t have to buy tickets at all. Just showed up and went in after signing in.

5 /5 Jorge Morales: Amazing display of lots of rare and completely restored vehicles. Soooo many beautiful cars!! The toys were also really cool, lots of originals and we enjoyed seeing how the toys used to work and how people interacted with them . Staff was also very FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. Plus it’s free!! If you enjoy museums, check this one out!

5 /5 Gerson Morataya: Such a great museum, we had the greatest time there. So many wonderful cars to see, to many to mention. This place is amazing for any car lover and they also have a great toy display as well. Plan on spending at least 2 hours here to enjoy everything.

Michael G.: I enjoyed speaking with the artist Virginia Fleck and she explained that not only can you enjoy the artwork walking through the maze but you can also see the Sun reflect off of the mirrors that are on the angled top portions as you walk through the park! Always wear sunglasses when looking at the bright sun to protect your eyes from damage!

Lorenzo R. C: Drove all the way from Colorado to see it, and it was closed. No warning, no notice prior to coming. From the windows it looks very interesting. It looks like its part of a church thats next door to it, but again, it was closed when we arrived on Wednesday at noon.

Dylan: This tour was amazing! I had never been to the stockyards before, and it really did feel like I was back in time in the early 1900s. Steve was my guide and he made it so fun and interesting, his means of storytelling felt so natural to him. I wouldve guessed he had been doing it for years! Everything he told us was fascinating and easy to digest and memorable. Highly recommend!!

Trinity Park Duck Pond - Fort Worth

Maria Jimenez: I absolutely love this specific area of the Trinity Park. The duck pond is so beautiful with lots of ducks throughout the entire park, which the littles would love (and the adults like me haha). Ive honestly been here for many years, throughout all four seasons because its just so scenic and pretty regardless of the time of the year. You also have access to the trails nearby, and the river view across the street is absolutely gorgeous!

Zilker Botanical Garden - Austin

Malavika Kale: So glad we visited the Zilker Botanical Garden. We were short on time so we just explored the Japanese Garden- it was beautiful! Such a fun, calm space to spend time in and walk around - and it has a great view of the Austin skyline. Plenty of parking, tickets are as listed on the website ($8 per person, slightly lower if you are an Austin resident) - you can buy tickets at the entrance prior to parking. This is one of those places that will really make you like the city - not a hidden gem but for sure an essential space to truly liking the city.

Umlauf Sculpture Garden + Museum - Austin

Nunia Busines: Very affordable ticket prices! Parking can be rather difficult, but the garden is surprisingly spacious and nice to walk around. I went to the Lunar New Year event they had during closing hours, which does cost more than usual to attend, but the special effects on the dragon dance was pretty cool.

Shannon Felder: The Museum of the Weird is exactly what it promises—weird, wonderful, and totally worth it. It’s this great little spot just off Sixth Street (you might almost miss it if you’re not looking—kind of like it’s hiding in plain sight, which honestly just adds to the mystery). The place is packed with all kinds of oddball charm—classic sideshow stuff, vintage creepiness, and things that make you say, “Wait… what am I looking at?” It’s affordable, low-key, and super fun. Like, where else can you walk past a two-headed animal, a frozen caveman, and then get a live mini-show at the end? It’s got big “Austin stays weird” energy, and I loved every second. Cheap, weird, and unforgettable. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in town and want something different. You won’t leave smarter, but you will leave smiling.

Megan Morris: This was a fun excursion! There was so much more detail to look at than expected! The gentleman whose house it is was super inviting and welcoming. We called ahead of time, but there were others that just showed up. Just know that this is his personal yard so be mindful that he might not always be available. Call first. Its located in a normal looking neighborhood. Its all street parking. His neighbors seem to understand thr draw and seem to politely ignore you parking in front of their house, so be mindful and respectful of that too lol The gentleman also has 2 adorable pups that he sometimes lets out to roam with the visitors. The bigger one was loveably friendly and excitedly sought out each person for pets. The sculptures themselves were fun to explore! There were sometimes seemingly themes amongst the chaos. We tried to play "eye spy" but there were so many nooks and crannies that it would have taken forever!
