1 /5 Kitta lucas: Went to Denise for a Dye and a twist out, only for my hair to turn out dry and brittle. The first thing that went wrong was my hair was red instead of copper, so I gave her the opportunity to change it and add more color, only for parts of my hair to be bright Orange (luckily it was hidden in the middle). My roots weren’t left brown like I asked about 3 inches of my hair was and there was still dye in my hair that got on my pillows and washed out in a sink by another hairstylist. When asked about a refund or for another treatment I was told to come in Sunday then blocked. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for dyeing.

5 /5 Juanita Myers: Understand me when I tell yall that Kewonia and her staff never disappoint. I never leave this salon disappointed or go in worried as to whether my hair will look good. Each stylist is a professional and provide the needs of their clients. Thanks ladies and gent for what yall do to make us feel great about ourselves!

1 /5 LexAnna Petty: This a place to avoid. My experience was terrible. My hair was cut during an install of a lace frontal and bundles. Unique&Elegant Hair Design is also located inside of this establishment and it appears they all work together. This is a place that is more concerned with reviews and not the quality of work. I was told that I would get a refund and never got it. Several lies were told to me by Kewonia Grimes and she also had one of her friends pretend to be her business manager and call me and claim that a solution would be made. Stay away from this place unless you would like to encounter disloyal thieves that do not care about the quality of work. I received a phone call from Denise and she pretended to be concerned and claimed she would call me back with a solution but she never did. I spent a total of 440$ and my hair was cut and the quality of the hair was terrible and did not retain curls. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews because those reviews have came from them personally and their friends. When you spend that type of money on a service you dont expect those types of mishaps or lies and rudeness. At the rate these people are going their shop will be a memory of the past. I was threatened with a lawyer but was never contacted by one. This shop will hear from my lawyer. I have yet to receive my refund, but considering the drama and damage to my hair I will face them in court. Stay away from this shop if you actually care about your hair.

5 /5 Charles: I have known Denise for over 20 years she is always been an amazing caring patient professional in her craft her work in the Killeen area has been always magnificent I take my mother there every couple of months and she loves the way Denise does her hair as a matter of fact she wouldnt want to go anywhere else she even fusses in me to make sure that I make her appointment. When I met Denise she started her business on Rancier and over the years has had several successful locations throughout Killeen I recommend her to anyone who would like to have their hair done she is diverse and has multiple talents for different types of hair care definitely a pleasure to know her and meet her and the people who I recommended to her have always been completely satisfied keep up the good work Denise

1 /5 Melinda Ortiz: If I could give it a zero stars I would. I got a color treatment and extensions and the owner chemically burned my hair off. She tried to call me a liar and say it was like that before I come in and I showed her pics before and you can tell my hair was longer and healthy. When I I contacted her a day later for a refund she turned it all about the money and said if I couldn’t afford it then I shouldn’t of gotten it. Then she blocked me from responding to her. It was definitely not about the money as I have spent way more than what she charged on hair before. I just felt the damage to my hair was not worth the money I paid for it. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will have to have treatments on my hair to restore its health again. Would not ever go back.
