1 /5 Ingrid Avila: I asked the stylist to do my hair a certain way and it came out complete opposite on how I wanted it. So we had to fix my hair and the stylist was acting immature and throwing a fit because I didnt like it. I felt like they didnt want my service and she had a appointment after me so she was rushing me. The way the stylist handled the situation made me cry at the salon. I regret going there and wasting my money.

2 /5 Analisa Luna: Im giving 2 stars because of Carmen and Isabel. Carmen gave me great customer service and Isabel tried her best to fix someone elses mistake. Not only did Sarah do a horrible ombré. My hair was so damaged and got such a bad cut I had to cut it even shorter. A year later Im still so upset that this happened and I still struggle with my hair! $280 down the drain. Paid to eventually have it fixed to something completely different and way shorter than I wanted. They make you sign that you wont post negative reviews which is why now you cant do it at all on Facebook. I felt rushed she didnt show me the back and she took another client while I was being charged. Do not pay until you have throughly inspected their work!!!

5 /5 Crystal Rodriguez: Ive been going to Del Sol and Spa for 3 years now and I love it I wouldnt change Claudia for anything she does a great job with my hair and I get complements all the time. The staff is always friendly and environment clean.

(head of salon) and called a couple hours before to confirm, which is when she decides the appointment was not worth her time and flaked last minute. Mind you, I had also been in contact with her the day before where she confirmed the appointment once more. Had I not called to confirm, She was not going to contact me at all to cancel. Be careful booking here, don’t let them waste your time! As an owner of the salon, I expected the upmost professionalism from Rosy and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a stylist. *** Response to the comment below: It is really sad that you need to lie to protect yourself. To clarify and I’m sure you remember from the phone call we had, I asked if it was possible if you could do a home visit for my handicapped 80 yr old grandmother. You accepted and made plans to come on a specific date. You confirmed on the phone and went ghost through text after a couple of vague exchanges. As far as commenting on other people’s education level - this truly further proves the level of unprofessionalism you hold yourself too. How dare you. Also there’s no need to lie on other people to save face. Nobody said $10, but nice save.

Marianna Azuara: We have been going with Becca since my daughter was two years old. She is a professional braider her quality of work speaks for itself. Not only does she braid but provides classes on how to braid. She works around all type of hair she is great with children and does a fantastic job as well as her staff. Julieta braided her hair and did amazing in general THIS is the ONLY place to go in the RGV if you want quality perfection braids done or other services they offer.

Laura A Martinez: this salon has no continuing education experience, you can tell with the level of service they provide. I went for a cut, dye & extension hair service. I was greeted with the most horrible customer service rep you could ever meet. She was rude & acted like my presence was annoying her in the salon. The “Owner “ proceeded to foil my bangs and bleach them for the color match. I’ve never been to another salon that has bleached my bangs, the most sensitive part of your hair for the color match. They forgot about me and went to the back to provide other services to guests. They came back, frightened and scared when they noticed my hair was beyond the color that I wanted. After this clear mistake on their part, they tried to charge me $60 for the appointment to color match. I refused to pay and let them know that this was the worst service for a cut & dye in the RGV that I have ever received. They still tried to make it look like it was my hair that was the problem and not their LOW Level of experience and tried to offer me a reduced rate for hair extensions. NO THANK YOU, RUN LADIES !

Angie Garcia: Very nice to see people that actually enjoy what they do. Courteous and friendly environment, Rocio and Norma have always greeted us. 100 percent recommended. Rocio did an amazing job with my daughters makeup and hair for her quince foto shoot. Norma did her nails that same day.
