Ran Paskal: I recently took my Yukon to this shop for an engine replacement, which the owner, Larry, initially told me would take three days. I scheduled the work well in advance and dropped off my car on the agreed-upon date. However, Larry didn’t even start working on it until four days later. To make matters worse, the job took about a week and a half to complete. During the work, I noticed that various engine parts were scattered haphazardly on the floor, getting dirty and left without any special care or supervision to ensure their safety. I called every two days to get updates, and Larry became increasingly rude and unprofessional. At one point, he even hung up on me when he realized it was me calling. When the work was finally finished, I discovered that some of the tasks (like replacing the transmission filter and oil) hadn’t been done, and Larry didn’t bother to inform me about it. Additionally, Larry incentivizes customers to leave him five-star reviews on Google in exchange for a discount on their next service. This practice doesn’t necessarily reflect the reality of the service provided. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for anything more complex than a basic oil change. Part 2 Dear Larry, I have read your response but was unable to reply at the time, so this is an addition to my original feedback. You write very well when youre behind the keyboard, but the issue is that reality and what you write dont always align. You are far from being accurate with the facts, and I say that gently. Yes, I did approve and request that you change the transmission filter and oil, but that was not done. Furthermore, I discovered several bolts missing from the engine and other parts you disassembled after completing the work. (Did someone mention safety and responsibility?) I would prefer not to go into further detail about additional issues I encountered, as I do not wish to harm your business. As a service provider, I suggest you take this feedback, appreciate the honesty, and consider how you can improve to avoid giving other customers a similar experience. All the best.

Lina Pineda: Like some of the bad reviews I read. I had the worst experience ever. My car was hit by another car; Insurances company sent me there to get fixed my car from a small bent on my bumper. Which per insurance issues I decided to go get my car without being fixed. But the wat Crash Champions turned in the car to me was awful and very unsafe. I noticed when I drove probably less than a quarter of mile away and the bumper started to fell down. I noticed they left a bag of screws on the passenger seat. They took off the bumper, but they never screw the bumper in. I had to stop twice on my way home due to the bumper falling off while driving. Very careless people with their customers. I had to call someone for help to make it home safely. The least they shouldve done is to turn the car back safe and in the same conditions that it was dropped off. I dont recommend this place to anybody.

Heidi and Gabby are outstanding — they take the time to clearly explain any issues or recommendations, along with the potential impact of choosing to move forward with the service or not. The mechanics are also excellent and often remember details about your vehicle if they’ve worked on it before, which is helpful if questions come up later. Regardless of the wait time, I always feel confident that I’ll be well taken care of here, especially with Heidi and Gabby as service advisors.

Ashley Shock: I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’m disappointed with the customer service received. I had two nails in my tire and they said that they were too close to the sidewall to repair via Firestone policy and one was in the middle of my tire. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am, and asked if they could have it done by 4pm, they did not give any updates and told me when I dropped it off that they could absolutely have it done by then and probably even sooner. 3:50 pm rolled around and I had heard nothing, I called and they had not even looked at my vehicle yet. I felt like they just wanted to pressure me into buying a tire instead of actually fixing the tire I just got 4 months ago. I picked up my vehicle instead, very upset because they had it all day for basically no reason and my husband was questioning why they could not fix it. The guy at the front, Arnold was very upset that he was questioning why it couldn’t be fixed and their policy and told him that he was frustrating him and asked us to leave the store. We went across the street to discount tire where they were extremely polite, pulled my car in immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes for free. They even stayed late for me to pick up my car the same day. To make matters worse, one of the nails that was supposedly too close to patch had not even punctured my tire. They would have known this if they had actually taken the time to look instead of dismissing it because they didn’t want to fix my tire. I’ve gone to Firestone for years at different locations and this is the first one I have had issues at and it will be the last. They have now made me a lifelong discount tire customer. I will add the photo of my tire with the nails in the square that they refused to patch due to them being too close to the sidewall.

Brianna Tello: I came here because supposedly he was really good paid 3000 to get my motor fixed. Took it home and within the week I couldn’t turn it back on anymore, so I had to tow it back to him and he said he would fix it. We kept calling to ask when he would have it ready he kept saying a day and once it came down to that day he wouldn’t answer or if he did answer he would say something else was wrong with it, took him almost a month to give it back. And now I’m still having the same issues and more. He told us it was going to be fixed since the first day I took it to him said he was a good person and wouldn’t do anything foul. Do not believe anything this man says. Now I have to take my car somewhere else to do what I needed him to do the first time I took it to him plus all the other issues it didn’t have before I gave it to him and pay all over again!
