2 /5 M Moraes: One unhappy customer, not sure where to start. Maybe not getting the communication about updates or just any updates. I told CC that I was not getting the communication. Not to mentioned that it took forever for the repairs to get started, FYI, it has been 4 weeks, not complaining about this part so much. It is not knowing anything that bothers me. In addition was told that CC would cover the cost of the daily rental after my days being exhausted. So guess what, not true as Im already being charged for a few days, not good. I have bills coming in and Im not sure that they will all get paid because of Enterprise surprisely charged me and was told I will not be charged, not good about keeping your word. This makes life stressful and difficult to focus daily. There needs to be improvement in a few areas obviously.
As it is, I really loath the rental car. Anyway, just when you think it might get better, and just maybe can breathe normally and take a step forward, I ended up taking g two steps back and about to have a nervous breakdown.
