As an introvert, I often find it difficult to communicate exactly what I want, but Flo made the entire process effortless. She truly took the time to listen and understand my preferences, and it was clear from the start that she was dedicated to achieving the look I was hoping for.
Throughout the appointment, she explained each step of the process and the products she was using, which made me feel more informed and comfortable. Her attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. My hair turned out fabulous, and I couldnt be happier with the result.
