Had some failing parts and took it to Automotive ER as I’d heard great things. From the start, everyone was super nice and listened to the issues I described. I dropped the car off and they got to work. Kathy and Kim are SUPER COMMUNICATIVE! As soon as they had an idea of what was going on and how much repairs were gonna be, I got a clearly laid out text with the issues and repair costs. Approved, and they got to work. Done just over a day earlier than they said. Great repair work, it drives like it should have from the start, and the cost was in line with what I anticipated. No BS, just car people. Go if you need repair or body work!

    Spencer Langley: Rare to find a shop this good, honest and flexible. They quoted me for a suspension job using my own parts based on book time of 3.5 hours. It took them less time and they charged me for the actual time. Yes, they charged me less $$ than the original quote. I realize this could go the other way and they may have charged more if presented with a difficult circumstance. Fortunately, the risk of going longer is mitigated when the service provider employs experienced professionals who take pride in their work and have the right tools. This is what you get at LD Automotive. Ive already referred others here.
