2 /5 Sheila Bennett: I was only customer other than one waiting for her nails to dry. I usually use the one in Boerne which is much better. Pedicure was basically a nail painting without hot towels (2 hot rocks on the side of each calf) no bath scents. no hot water soak. Lady doing my fingernails twisted me from side to side in the pedicure chair and just held my hand while she painted nails rather than waiting and doing at a stable table. Cuticles were not softened and not pushed back on every nail. Looks like a black line circling my nails between nail and curicles. No dryers; just had to wait. Pedicures & manicures are a treat for me and I certainly didnt feel like I had been treated. Worse of all, Im not sure tools were sanitized as they were not in plastic but just on her tray. Wont be going back which is a shame since its so convenient and I am in Kville more now.

1 /5 silvia fraide: Tracy is really good at what she does However, here lately she has gotten sloppy, because she doesnt want to lose customers. She will be working with 4 customers at the same time. Have not been pleased lately. When she first took over the shop, she was amazing. If she gets more help there, I will go return. Otherwise its time to look for a new place.

2 /5 Savannah Shillings: I went in for a regular acrylic set which is priced at $25. I ask a question about the shellac and they assumed thats what i wanted and made me pay for it. Even though thats not what i wanted. Through the nail visit i told the tech that 4 of my nails were crooked and she didnt listen. She only fixed one. And when she cut and filled my nails she di it super crooked and bad. She also said the color i picked out was ugly and "assured" me to get another color. I picked one and the color i put on was much lighter than i wanted. They had 2 techs in there trying to do 3 peoples nails at once and it was ridiculous. My nails are super ugly and i paid for something i didnt want and they didnt care what so ever. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

1 /5 Virginia Gallegos: Called and was quoted one price and then when I got there and finished was a $40 difference. I feel that they are so busy and try to get as many customers in as possible they dont take the time to make sure customers are satisfied. Left looking like my nails already needed to be refilled two weeks ago.
