4 /5 love hurts: I’m not really want to spend a lot of money on getting a haircut because from past experience, they have always messed my hair up or cannot follow simple instructions as to how I would like my haircut. The lady here at JCPenney’s did a wonderful job. She actually let me ask questions. She talked with me about hair and she was very knowledgeable.

1 /5 Heather Barber: Nadine in the salon is absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment online through the JCP Salon website a week in advance. I walked into the salon with my small child in tow 20 minutes before the appointment time. Nadine very callously asked what I needed, mind you she was sitting in a salon chair on her phone. When I told her I was there for my appointment she instantly began arguing with me, stating I didn’t have an appointment. She claimed that either the website messed up my appointment or I did it wrong. She condescendingly asked me if I hit submit. I even tried to show her my confirmation and the event the site added to my phone’s calendar. Instead of trying to come up with a solution she talked down to me up until I left without a resolution.

1 /5 Brianna Price: Got my haircut here. Booked my appointment. When i called to confirm the person who answered the phone was super rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I went to the appointment, again, the stylist was super rude. I told her I wanted to go pixie with my hair for summer, which at the time my hair was shoulder length. She made me question why I wanted to cut it that short so i told her. She had a disdainful look, again, like she didn’t want to be there. My haircut was ok. I work in customer service, so attitude is everything to me. Will NEVER be going back. It was horrendous. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
