1 /5 Kenia Villarreal: I’ve been here 3 times & had an overall good experience. I got my nails done a week in a half ago (nude pink set in photo) then one broke off I went in to get it fixed thinking it wouldn’t take long at all to fix…I even took my kids huge mistake lol.. I was there for almost 2 hours & came back out with horrible nails. They do a good job if they want too. My nails are now not even, shellac put on super messy…
Long story short they couldn’t find my original nail color so they laid over a different acrylic powder color, I asked the guy doing my nails to just do a shellac color all over so they can look even because they didn’t & asked if I would be charged since THEY couldn’t find my color THEY put on last week. He said he wouldn’t charge me then couple minutes later said he was going to charge, I had no problem paying for my color change which I did pay for. I just asked why I was getting charged after all then made me feel bad by telling me “oh well I’m going to have to pay for your nails today” which again I paid for in the end. I could immediately tell he was not trying to color on my nails properly. Its just so sad to walk out with ugly nails and on top pay for it and knowing they could do better because they do. Just my experience, unfortunately I won’t be returning.
