1 /5 Kimberly Monge: Overpriced for the quality of work. The pedicure is more than basic and the nails technician is not very experienced. If you want a design they will use stickers and charge you $20 for them. I understand paying extra for design but what they did is not a skill. The stickers are not even really on the nail and when I told her she pressed it down and said it was ok. Will be surprised if they last more than a day.

2 /5 hilda rios: Two stars because the place is clean but The nail techs are rude. I got a pedicure/manicure and she worked very fast. She was rough on my feet and hands. She cut my toes when filing. It felt like she was in a rush. When she went on to my nails I specifically asked to shape my nails and she ended up cutting two on my nails short that I had to cut all my nails so that they look even. She also threw the color palettes at me when trying to look for a color. The only nail tech I saw that gave there customers compassion was the Hispanic lady. She was very nice and she took her time with her customer.

1 /5 Beautiful Queen: Colorist and bad customers service. The Hispanic lady that does nails should find a next place to work, they are preventing her from making money. The little short Asian lady is horrible. Treat everyone the same. Just unbelievable, when you come to the land of opportunity you need to humble yourself ! That’s not how you treat people because of their race. If you can’t handle diversity then stay where you’re from.

1 /5 Luz J Gonzalez: Very bad service. 1. I asked to have a pedi & mani w/full set of nails..and I had the set and toe nails painted only. (I guess they didnt understand) 2. The process of work done ..was so wrong. 3. Its not even 2 full days and my nails are coming off. And on another finger the acrylic is off from the nail. 4. I call to ask for assistance and aparently the people that work there dnt understand English or speak English. When I called they put a customer to translate. SMH NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK.!!
