5 /5 J Martinez: Visited Cozy Nail Lounge for the first time due to my nail salon flooding with Hurricane Harvey. It was recommended by several friends so I said why not give it a try. I had my nails done by Tracy and pedicure by Dana and the two did a fantastic job! I was a little hesitant at first because I am very picky and skeptical about the cleanliness of the tools. Kim welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I did make an appointment and was surprised that I didnt have to wait to be seated. I loved the whole orange slices in the spa during pedicure and the neck heated wrap with nice aromas. I will more than likely visit again and appreciated the technicians for taking their time and not rushing.

4 /5 Alanise Turcios: So I originally found out about the spot when I went to Another Broken Egg. The waitress had her nails done and designed and I’ve been looking for a salon in Houston or Pearland that does nail art. She told me about this spot. When I walked in, they were able to sit me down within the first five minutes of being there. The place is very small so be prepared for that. My technicians name was “Lucy”. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, but, truth be told I was a little indecisive. I asked her opinion and she told me what she did with the other woman before me, but she was getting a little annoyed. We talked through the design and what we came up with is pictured. I like it but I wish the powder on my thumb didn’t look like two different pinks. That’s why I put hearts on top. I’ll be coming back for nail art but will stick to my other other nail salon for pedicures.

2 /5 Jacqueline Mandola: I’m not coming back here. Although the nails look great (which is why I’m giving it at least 2 stars), the service and quality was not. The lady who did my acrylic nails was super rough when filing the edges. I didn’t really notice it at first, but the roughness of sawing the file back and forth against my skin left visible marks on some of the fingers. These became open wounds, so I treated them with Neosporin to prevent infection, but still, I shouldn’t HAVE to do that. When she used a tiny nail bit to clean up the undersides of my nail, she poked me w the hot/fast efile multiple times, verbalizing “ow” each time, and she didn’t become more careful. The service was more expensive than what I usually pay for (55 just for the plain nails), because my usual place closed down, but that price isn’t justified for me due to the awful service. I also got a shellac pedicure w the smallest package (29$+15 shellac) and #1. It didn’t last 29 minutes and 2. The lady did an uneven job and painted over my cuticle which could cause the pedicure not to last as long. Cozy nails did not leave an adequate first impression.

5 /5 Linda Nguyen: I never really get my nails done, but wanted something stronger than press on nails, and more decorative than what I can do with my shellac kit at home for my best friends wedding. Good first time experience! Good job Vi! Looks better than the Google picture I came in with. Edit: all nails lasted more than 3 weeks, in fact I trimmed them down and kept them almost a month before finally getting them soaked off, which took 45 mins to soak and drill and file off. Money well spent!
