1 /5 Laura Medel: Worse experience, very pushy wanting to add shellac, many times told them I wanted regular nail polish so they assumed I also wanted a regular pedicure not once asked the type of pedicure. I always like to get the better pedicure package with sea salt, rocks, and massage but instead got a little dead skin clipped as well as chunks of my good skin. I also brought my neighbor to treat her with a mani and pedi. So disappointing.

2 /5 Kan Jones: NEVER AGAIN!! I Went to this nailshop for the 1st time This past Saturday and it was empty so im thinking GREAT , NO WAIT TIMES ! The staff was nice and polite but they charged me EIGHTY DOLLARS for my French tip nails! No special polish , no shilac, nothing fancy , just regular basic acrylic French tip full length nails and charged $80 !! Not only did they charge me $20 more than Ive EVER paid for the same style and same service which i usually only get charged $60 for, ALL MY NAILS LIGHTLY EFFORTLESSLY BROKE OFF WITHIN 4 DAYS of having them like they were press on or something. I paid almost $100 for some basic simple nails and they didnt even stay on a week. WORST NAIL WORK EVER AND WAYYYY OVER-PRICED !!! Good pedicures though .

1 /5 Trice Porter: If I could I would rate 0...it looks like my 10 yr old niece did my nails and I just paid $67 for my feet and nails after being at the shop 2 hrs..I would not recommend this shop to anyone

1 /5 J B: The overall atmosphere was decorated very well, the establishment was clean and some nail technicians were friendly but unfortunately they are dishonest and don’t perform the service completely. My daughters pedicure was literally 5 minutes and the technician moved on to a what I called a more appropriate individual for the area and her family. Which I did not say anything due to my daughter’s excitement just for her toes to be painted . I on the other hand had the deluxe version which the technician said you have a hangnail but proceeded to skip over removing it. Customer service is very important if you want your establishment to flourish. It’s very sad that individuals have businesses in this area and feel as if it only accommodates who they feel belongs in the area. My nail tech was great, she did a good job on my nails and was friendly. Maybe she should pass her humbleness onto her coworkers.

1 /5 Laura Peterson: I usually leave reviews for a GOOD reason but this is different. Walking in, the lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming, the woman who did my nails (her name is Avon) was chatty and nice, but very aggressive when filing my nails and not gentle at all throughout the process. At one point I had to pull my hand away because she wasn’t looking at my hand while filing and missed the nail completely. At the end, my nails looked exactly like what I asked for but the cringeworthy part is, she asked for a tip THREE TIMES like really fast while I was trying to walk to the counter to pay. I always tip, I still left a tip, but that’s rude and unprofessional to just flat out ask your customer “you’re going to tip?” Even one time is rude but three times, I won’t be going back.
