5 /5 Brandi Yeagley: I love this church. Having grown up with a solid background of going to church as a kid, but life throwing horrible lessons in my path I stopped going altogether at age 19. I had tried many churches in the last 6 years. I wanted my children to know GOD and Jesus. My oldest son went to the charter school that rents the back and youth building. As I was in the pick up line, a man walked up to my window offering free mid year school supplies. I was all for that, we got to talking about my oldest and he invited us to the church. My oldest has a few things that make him different, one being ADHD. One of the main reasons I stopped looking at churches was because my husband and I have made the agreement that if the kids should not want to go to church we will never force them to. The last few churches we tried made my oldest either lye down or stay by himself in a different part of the room. Nick, the assistant pastor said thats fine that hes hyper. I have ADHD too, he will love it in the kids church. So on that promise we went that Sunday. My oldest was so happy he still calls it the "Jumping" church. He has asked to go back every Sunday for a year straight. I was a little more jaded and not ready to forgive myself and God for what had happened in the past. This year going to CT-Pasadena has helped myself and my family in many ways. If yall are looking for a church, I do recommend this one. Coming from a reserved and stricter religion, Ill warn yall now, they praise joyfully and vigorously. That was a BIG shocker to me and took me almost a year to get use to, but it has been worth it. the
