During my appointment, I discussed my symptoms with the doctor, who recommended drawing blood as an initial diagnostic step before considering further imaging tests such as an MRI or CT scan. I was informed that the results would be available within 24 hours and advised to take a few days off from work, which I complied with, as my primary job allows for remote work.
As my next shift for my secondary job approached on Saturday, March 15, I reached out to the clinic multiple times to inquire about my test results, but I was consistently directed to check the patient portal or informed that the doctor would contact me. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding my results or communication from the doctor.
I understand that unexpected delays can occur, but I believe that utilizing a service like Quest Diagnostics could expedite the process of obtaining test results, especially for urgent situations. I chose your clinic due to its after-hours availability, but my experience has led me to reconsider future visits.
