Valerie: My highlight came out terrible and they want me to pay to get it fixed. Brianna knew it wasnt done processing and she washed it out anyways. It looks terrible and its nothing that I want. I asked them to fix it even the owner and he never got back to me and its been weeks. They didnt have the respect to call me back or make it right. The salon is cute and they seem nice but all they care about is getting money and not backing up their work if they screw up on you, youll have to pay for it!!! I would not recommend horrible customer service.
Jacqui Blackowiak: I called twice more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule and no one called me back. The next day I was told I had to pay for the full service. It’s unjust that they didn’t pick up their messages or bother to call me back. I know they have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy so I made sure to call both times before 24 hours and got their machine both times. I will never go back there. I NEVER rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead. NEVER. And if you were more affordable rather than gouging everybody’s eyes out maybe I wouldn’t have to. I don’t want to hear about you rescheduling and not charging me because your policy is 24 hours so you shouldn’t charge me anyway. I don’t believe your “sweet” response at all. You’re just in it for the money.
