Welcome to Texas Sign - morton
Nando: Better than a “Free Beer” sign. The best thing since the wheel, it lets you know you’re home to the great Nation of Texas! Say goodbye to subpar BBQ and flavorless tacos and say hello to the most exquisite cuisine that is Texas. Say hello to good people, good food and the most amazing scenery there is to see in God’s land. Welcome Home.

    THE RANGE
Phillip Dyson: Dan Warren puts on a great long range 22 match. On the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. 5 benches shooting steel at 75, 100, 150, 200, & 250 yds. Challenging in the wind, but you can’t have more fun with a 22. I’m addicted and never miss a match.
    Coleman City Park - Coleman

DA MAN: The absolute worst disc golf course Ive ever played on. Every basket is either immediately next to their disgusting river or downhill in trees. The only reason why I give an iota about this grassy crap hole is because my child had a good time, BEFORE he lost his favorite basketball in the river. Dont even consider visiting. 1/10
    Erwin Park - McKinney
    Erwin Park
Dea Ptah: We went to this park to plan a group event. For early spring, we were not impressed with the closed restroom, stinky pond and negative vibrations. Absolutely do Not recommend this park to AfroAmericans or Black Folk. Many in the park, even for a Monday morning, exhibited racist tendency. Home schoolers walked past us close enough to touch us as if they didnt see us. Twice people brought hunting dogs into our space as if intimidating to release them on us. As we stood at the roadside talking, people in vehicles stopped to allow their dogs hang out the windows at us. An employee with the McKinney Parks and Rec arrived and seemed to be watching us as we prepared to leave. Leaving in multiple cars, we noticed residents living along the park road back to the city standing at their roadside mailboxes watching as we drove away. And lastly, as we returned back to the city street, a McKinney patrol car was stationed in the street on the opposite side... as if watching us leave the area. This is Not just my account, but that of the person I met at the park that day. Highly recommend AfroAmericans and Black Folk find something better, safer and more friendly than this park.

Naila Naushad: It has everything for all age groups. If you want to bring kids, they can play in play area. Theres a small zoo. A very long quiet trail for walk. A beautiful outdoor classroom and lake overview. We have just covered half of the park but loved it. Its not a one day adventure. Membership is a great way to explore it.

Bobby singh: McKinney is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. The centre of the downtown is the historic McKinney performing arts center, which is surrounded by 19th century buildings which are very well preserved. These buildings currently house, restaurants, art, galleries, bars, clothing, shops, souvenir, shops, barbershops, and many other local businesses. Not a single franchise in sight!.The area is safe, clean and very comfortable. Definitely worth visiting. There is free 3 Hour St. parking from 8 AM to 5 PM daily so parking is not an issue.
