I have known the owner and NP in charge for a long time, the service and dedication she provide to all customer is one to emulate. She is always very precise with her diagnosis and treatment given according to your health issues. She is been my father’s and brother’s provider for quite a bit of time and they can’t be more pleased with the care received in this clinic. Appointments in this clinic are easy to arrange, but you can also walk in and for sure you will be assisted in not longer that 20 minutes wait. This clinic is also very clean at all times and once you walk in you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it.

They are SUPER focused on preventing infection, especially by focusing on ONLY elective procedures. The center/hospital can make sure that every procedure is done correctly (and to the highest standards. Im less than 10 days out from my knee surgery, and am completely surprised by how good Im doing.

Their lack of communication and help here is despicable We have been waiting since 5:30 am and no one came to let us know when we were supposed to be take to surgery. . A surgery that was to be at 7:00am. It is now 11:00am. The place is sterile and cold and not a chair in the waiting room available to sit. You would think a hospital with the reputation would make patients comfortable and feel safe. I cannot recommend this hospital in the least. Not one ounce of communication

Staff pointing to wheel chairs, pointing saying go to the glass. The person at the desk was impatient and rude. Lady if you dont like your job then quit I repeat. If you dont like yourjob then quit. Now hospital reply will be automatic. Blah. Blah- is hospital response. Thank you for sharing....blah blah. We strive to deliver the highest quality.. Blah, blah. Methodist you should be ashamed.

The lot wraps around this fan-shaped medical facility. 15200 aka Building 1 is a 3-story medical center to house various physicians with variety of medical specialties. Parking lot has pretty holly trees. 15300 is the middle building and its a surgery center. 15400 aka Building 2 is another 3-story building.

Michelle Navarro-Flores: I went here for my pre-natal visit and delivered at the UTMB in Galveston on New Years. At first I was super hesitant to goto the utmb because of the reviews but I had a great Obgyn Adriana Cyrus. She actually asked me lots of questions and took the time to listen to every little thing I had to say. My birth at the utmb in Galveston was so complicated because I had COVID-19 at the time. I don’t think it’s normally like that. I stayed in quarantine but the nurses that came in were really sympathetic and kept me company when they could since my husband wasn’t allowed in. I ended up having a preemie in the NICU and have been visiting the utmb Galveston regularly and have nothing to complain about. The NICU staff is friendly, helpful and informative.
