3 /5 Bruce K.: A pretty green space in downtown Dallas though it seems to have been captured by a few of the residentially challenged folks. They didnt bother me, I didnt bother them. A nice buffer and some of the grass could be better roped off as it seems like people like to walk on the same spots over and over. The Water Fountain looked very pretty and the rules area clear. Can I wonder why they have a "changing diapers" prohibition? Did that happen often enough that it necessitated a sign? Wait, I know people are horrible. Nevermind.

4 /5 Fil Lorinc: The natural elements and the water feature are nice but the grounds are frequented by displaced individuals so this can create somewhat of a clash for folks that arent used to it.

5 /5 R4F4: What to say about the Civic Center? What an amazing park and leisure area that offers green grass areas to lay down and relax and many tables and chairs to take a break during work. Make sure you take the time and read what the park was built for. I highly recommend it!

5 /5 Dmitriy Mykalo: Civic Garden is a beautiful and serene park with well-maintained gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The interactive fountain is a highlight, and the parks layout is perfect for a relaxing stroll. Its a great spot to unwind and enjoy nature in the city.

5 /5 Tracy Torbett: We visited 4/20/19 in the early evening. It was a refreshing place to enjoy some greenery and watch the city of Dallas. A street performer was playing guitar nearby which added to the allure. Within walking distance to many hotels downtown, don’t miss this beautiful spot!

White Rock Lake Park - Dallas

Dewan Mahmud Raihan: I had a wonderful leisure time with my family and my bike. I couldnt believe I hadnt visited this lake park before, especially since its almost in the center of Dallas. It was soothing to see so many people fishing in the designated fishing area, bikers riding in the biking zone, and kids playing with their parents. It was an amazing experience! :)

Crow Museum of Asian Art of The University of Texas at Dallas - Dallas

Nicole Parker: Came here on a late weekday afternoon & it was a very pleasant experience. The building the museum is held in is quite charming. There was no wait. No crowd. Museum is on the smaller side. 3 floors showcasing beautiful Japanese artifacts—a couple of textiles but mostly stonework/pottery. The museum was FREE but donations are welcome. A parking garage is available for $5/hour during the week.

Museum of Biblical Art National Center for Jewish Art Museum of Holocaust Art - 3 Museums in 1 Location! - Dallas

Griselle Deras: I enjoyed the visit to this museum. It shows Art related to the Bible but also highlights events significant through the evolution of humankind. My son and I truly enjoyed going through the Tapestry of centuries and visualize all the situations and key figures.

Trinity Overlook Park - Dallas

Catheleen Omnes: First time coming here to see the fireworks gosh I really love the view and it gets pack over here to see the fireworks. Highly recommended to come here if you like see the view of downtown!

Dallas Zoo Carousel - Dallas

Gary Neudahl: To get to the carousel you need to get into the Dallas Zoo. If you plan to visit the zoo more than once, get the Passport or higher level membership and the carousel (and min-train) ride tickets are free and unlimited. The carousel has two animals to sit on that are stationary, one park bench-like seat that is stationary, one circular seat for up to maybe six that can be rotated in circular motion fast enough to make me motion sick, and all the rest of the animals move up and down as the carousel turns. So theres a place on the carousel for just about everyone. Do note a 170 lb weight limit for sitting on the animals.

Dallas Architecture Tours - Dallas

Khalid M: Excellent guided walking tour! We found this by accident and were really happy with the entire experience. There are two downtown walking tours offered on alternate Saturday mornings (10-11:30am), one of the Arts District and one of Main St. We did the Arts District tour and were really amazed by all the architecture and landscape design we discovered. The tour met at the corner of Harwood and Flora (right by the side entrance to the Dallas Museum of Art) and there was ample free street parking on Harwood (you could also just take the free M-line trolley to the meeting point if you don’t have a car). We started at the museum and then mainly walked east down Flora all the way past Booker T Washington High School, stopping along the way to learn about the different buildings and history of Dallas. Our tour guide was Kay, and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, highly recommend this tour for both locals and visitors! Definitely not to be missed.
