1 /5 Ana M.: The only one star I will give is to the front staff for being friendly. But I had a really bad experience at this office, I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have little ones getting a procedure done. My 4 yr old had the appointment for 11:45 am, 30 min passed and still hadn’t been called. When called, 40 minutes after the appt time, they told me it would still be another 35 min to even start. Mind you, she was on an empty stomach, as they asked for her to be fasted. I am a very reasonable person and understand everything is a process but it was the lack of communicating and setting expectations beforehand. Especially when you have a child hungry for more than 12 hours. I asked if I can reschedule for an earlier appointment on another day and i was told they don’t have any until 11 am. It’s unreasonable for a child that young to have an appointment scheduled that late FASTED, I don’t think they are considerate and that was my major concern. My daughter’s tummy was hurting and she was so hungry and started crying. So imagine your child going through the pre math and after math of this whole process. I was not going to put her through that again another day. So I walked out of the clinic. I immediately called other clinics and they told me typically for young kids they start procedures at 6 am and no later than 9-10 am. So I am switching now to another facility with more common sense.
