1 /5 Noe Silguero: Keep calling to make an appointment for Dr. Elizondo and keep getting told its full to call back at a later time. Cant keep calling back and having the same thing said to me over and over. A patient can die waiting for an appointment. Not all but some of the staff dont seem to care either.

1 /5 Barbara Royal: I currently have a family member in this facility for 8 days. Still no plan of care established and no communication. When asking questions you get blame others or crickets. PLEASE do not take family there.

Butterfly Cruz: Front desk lacks phone etiquette. They need to understand, and learn to be patient with their patients, especially with your elderly. What if it was your mom or grandparents. Please hire people that actually care for the job and not only for the money. Some lack empathy! They say “ will call right back”, and they actually don’t.

Alfred Alaniz Jr: Very pretty property the alligators were friendly, but there is a $500 fine to feed the Gators I would have thought that if this cabin has been booked for a month straight there would not have been so many spiderwebs. The fridge was broken ie door was sagging therefore door stays open and food goes bad. Two of the four bikes had flats, and they were in poor condition. The handles had exposed metal taped up seats The canoe had part of the spine missing it felt like it was going to crack but it worked well for us at that moment, but on the next trip we might have been Gator food. The boats and the bikes were the main reason why we paid the extra money for that cabin, so hopefully this message will be the wake up call for the owners to to upgrade their accessories. The place was good, we had a great time but spending $1050 for the 2 nights seems a bit much with those deficiencies. There was more I didnt mention because I dont want to sound like a just want to complain. Overall just fix the problems and the place will be a dream.
