2 /5 Riley Banning: My sister is sick, we waited in the waiting room for a good 20 minutes until they finally called us to a room. They simply checked her nose, throat, and ears and said they needed to do swabs on her. They sent us back to the waiting room, and we’ve been waiting here for a good 30 minutes. With barely any patients in the waiting room, this really should not take this long. Does it really take this long for swabs? do better.

3 /5 Latoya stewart: I only gave three stars because the Nurse that care for my son was very nice and helped my son that was going thru crisis. There were two other nurses that gave dirty looks and were not nice at all and judging.

1 /5 Lup3cx Star: I kept telling the lady that my grandpa doctor told us to bring him in and she did absolutely nothing to help us she tried to talk to me like I was stupid so we ended up going home and guess what she calls me to come back. Chi needs to hire better people whoever is IN CHARGE needs to get fired with everyone at THE ER

1 /5 Dennis Gray: They have special chairs just for the dr they will last forever because there never used because the dr doesnt have time to talk to you nor do they have enough staff if you need special test you will be there a extra 3 days waiting at your expense because of short staff

3 /5 Angela Ring: While the service was great trying to get a refund from this Hospital takes an act of Congress three calls two and a half months and they finally cut my refund check mind you they were paid not only by me and by my insurance company promptly and at time of service by me 10 days after service by my insurance company and yet it took me two and a half months to get my refund
