5 /5 Yarely Guerra: 10/10 recommend! I feel so welcome and well attended every time I go. I have always gotten my nails done with Jessica because she is very detail oriented and talented! I love my nails every single time I get them done with her. The whole staff is super nice and great at what they do. During my last time there, I was experiencing neck pain and one of the young ladies noticed and began to massage my neck without me even asking - fantastic service!

5 /5 ME: I recently discovered this hidden gem of a nail salon after being disappointed by my previous salon, whose quality and customer service had declined. From the moment I called to book an appointment to the second my nails were done, the entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, professional, and kind. Bae did my pedicure, and she was absolutely immaculate. She used tools I rarely see at other nail salons to clean out my ingrown nails—something I’ve struggled with for a long time—and she did it so well that it felt amazing. Then, Kim did my set, and I was blown away by the level of detail and precision she put into making sure they were exactly what I wanted. Lastly, the manager, Jessica, was so kind and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel valued and ensured I had the best experience possible. I love supporting small businesses because they offer something that big, commercialized salons just don’t—an intimate, relaxing experience that truly feels personal. Knowing I have a go-to spot where I can unwind every couple of weeks is priceless. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely cares about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 Brooke Stoneking: So i’ve been looking for a nail salon for so long, I used to go to Milano but recently stopped due to the sudden price increases and up charges on everything. I needed a fill from a previous poorly done job at a salon close to home. I checked out Cha Nail Spa since it had really good reviews and was close to work. I was actually so pleased by the whole experience. Hannah did my fill and took her time and perfected every detail. I was only doing a solid color but what really made me love this place and Hannah was her shaping, I wanted skinny square and it was CRISP. One of the best shaping i’ve seen/had. She even cut my cuticles which Milano never does. I couldn’t be more happier with the experience and I will most definitely make the drive on my days off from Rosenberg all the way to the Galleria area for Hannah.
