1 /5 Andre LaFleche: I called certified auto repair as they were recommended by our warranty company. When I called the person who answered, whom I assume is Bob, was rude right from the beginning. The next day we got an email from our warranty company, not Bob who should have been the one to call us, to tell us that Certified auto repair could not do the repair. Thats fine so my wife and I go pick up her SUV and when we enter the dirty office area, Bob is putting down other customers with two of his buddys. He just threw the keys, receipt, and diagnostic report at us across the counter and that was it. This shop is pathetic, rude, unequiped and I will never bring our vehicles back to this shop. With that being said, I have worked in auto repair shops and I understand not everyone understands how cars work and the extent of how much goes into various repairs of their vehicle, but I never joked about a customers knowledge of vehicles in front of other customers.

I am so pleased with the text I received from them after the car was fixed. This is what the text to me said, "Thank you for helping my friends. They were very impressed with the auto repair place (CAR). It wasnt the alternator and they fixed the problem. She was so excited for their honesty and being kind to her". End of quote! I too am thankful that I have a place that I can send someone that doesnt know anything about cars and get such quality service. Thanks Certified Auto Repair for keeping a high standard!

They always do their very best and they have never once charged me for something I didnt need and have many times offered me less expensive ways to repair my car. They are excellent and I Im proud to give them my highest recommendation.

5 /5 Jeanne Glidewell: We have always been very impressed with their service, their timeliness, their prices, and most importantly, their honesty. I took my Jeep in today, thinking it might be a major expense, like an issue with the transmission. Instead, it was just an ABS sensor, and I had my Jeep back in two or three hours, for a whole lot less money than I anticipated. Had I taken it to the dealer, I’d have been without a vehicle a lot longer and it would have cost three times as much, at the very least. A less reputable repair shop could have charged us for things they didn’t even do. Certified Auto would never do something like that. They are highly recommended!
