1 /5 Tom Vu: I used this shop’s oil changes services about 3 to 4 time. Sadly, I’m disappointed for the reasons:
1) The tech can’t even put a new O-Ring seal on my oil filter correctly. He end up ripping it.
2) To preform an oil change in my car, you have to take the plastic skid plate off. They ended up putting it back together incorrectly. Which resulted in breaking a few push pins and flapping around which driving.
Bottom line, these tech can do better with their attention to detail. At this point, jiffy lube does a better job. And that is. It saying much.
