I don’t usually leave reviews, but after today’s experience with Capital Towing, I feel like I have to give credit where it’s due. I needed my truck towed, and I can’t say enough good things about the service, especially thanks to Roy, the driver. He wasn’t just professional—he was genuinely kind, patient, and treated my truck as if it were his own. Roy took the time to explain everything, ensured the tow was done safely, and even made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. Roy turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into a smooth one.
I’m incredibly thankful for the outstanding care he showed, and to top it off, the price was very fair for the level of service I received. Roy, you are the reason I’ll be recommending Capital Towing to everyone I know! If you ever need towing, ask for Roy!
