Exceptional customer service Very polite Professional Asks the proper questions as it relates to what will make her customer satisfied. Make sure that anything she says she speaks English to ensure her customer is comfortable. I’m so satisfied with my hair and I can’t wait to go back. Kudos to everything she entails.

I was late to my appointment yet she was still very pleasant and friendly and greeted me with a smile . She was very informative during the process and she was gentle , which was a plus because I am very tender in the scalp area . The booking process was easy and responded within a reasonable amount of time and she was flexible with the time slots and availability. She recommended a color hair for me and it was perfect. The pricing was amazing and the work was superb! I am very pleased with my hair it surpassed all of my expectations ! I will be returning Mabel was excellent , and she sings well also
