4 /5 Bradford Chase: FYI The location on Google Maps is only the sign saying you are entering or leaving the national monument, depending on which direction you are heading. There is nothing to see at the Map location. The Monument itself is a large area not actually open to the public. You can look into the park from pull outs along 375 and you can get information at the El Paso Museum of Archaeology. It is one of the newest National Monuments in the US. Best time to see it is when the hills are covered in Mexican Poppy Fields, which is Spring but only if they’ve had rain for a little while prior. Otherwise it’s typical Chihuahuan desert views.
