5 /5 Hugo Vargas: Have been coming here for over 5 years. Carmens always delivers a great service at a really good price. They are very flexible at scheduling times to come in for haircuts and I very rarely have any wait times here. Would highly recommend.

1 /5 Sofia Ware: Ruined my color. Did not listen to what I wanted. She has done well two times before, but went renegade and turned my hair copper orange with uneven color throughout. She was busy and handled a few people at the same time. Texted her 2x to confirm another appointment to fix this mess, no response. It is holiday time and I understand things are busy but I was upset with the color outcome and was patronized by her comments all if which did not make me feel any better. I dont know if I should have her correct the color, to be frank, I am nervous about that. She really is a great person and mistakes do happen. But I was patronized and really blown off this is how I felt leaving the salon with a terrible hair color during a special holiday time. I simply dont know if I should go back or find another hairdresser

5 /5 Mary Kniffin: This place reminds me of the beauty shop of my childhood. This is not a "cookie cutter" salon. Carmen & Mary Lou are fantastic, knowing all their customers. They do a fabulous job whether youre 30, 60, or 90! I have spiked purple hair and Mary Lou has the style down pat. Mary Lou cuts my hair perfectly to the point that I can get out of the shower & my hair looks styled already!
