1 /5 Valerie Cisneros: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I had 3 scheduled appointments for today. My son, my daughter, and myself but I had to reschedule my son’s which I did yesterday when they called to confirm.y daughter and I get there today and the girl at the front desk says that our appointment time had already passed. I tell her, “No.. my son’s appointment was at that time and my daughter’s and my appointment are at this time.” She then stands up aggressively from her chair and again aggressively places her appointment call log or whatever it is on the counter to show me and she says, “No it was at this time and I know because I’m the one that called you!” So I look at her and she asked if I wanted to reschedule! NO THANK YOU!
Not only was she rude but she violated HIPPA when she placed the appointment paper on the counter as other patient’s names and telephone numbers were on it!
