They found over 60 dents, chrome damage, and my windshield was cracked. Luckily I found Carlito’s’s and had the repairs. From the time I met him in Boerne, I felt I had made the right decision. He took time to explain process and made an appointment asap. He met me at the car rental in Kerrville and waited to ensure there was no issues before he left. Over the weeks he repaired my car, he updated me and my insurance to continue my rental time. After repainting he noticed an issue and re-sanded the car and repainted it. It is perfect! Everything about this experience has been positive. I highly recommend their services. I appreciated that he took such meticulous pride in his work and customer service!
