Respectful and open communication with building management/ownership, freedom to work your business the way that you want to, privacy, cleanliness, and so much more. When I toured Cachet, Jon helped to make me feel super comfortable and not pressured about my decision being that I was leaving a toxic commission salon environment and this would be the first time that I was going to be an independent stylist. Overall, I have had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to go into business for themselves!
