Rachels professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my new look! I will never go anywhere else for my hair needs. 1 /5 Ruth Oekerman: I used an app that switched to the wrong appt day. I never received any notifications or confirmation of appt. Since I didn’t know I had this appt I missed it. Kyler charged my bank account $335 for missing an appt I didn’t know I had. I called and explained multiple times and begged them to reverse the charge and they wouldn’t. When Kyler got on the phone I had her on speaker and my two coworkers were SHOCKED at how rude she was and unwilling to work with me or even reschedule. I had to file a fraud charge with my bank. I can’t believe the lack of kindness. I have warned everyone I know. End of story: bank took my side.

She was so easy to talk to, and really listened to what I was requesting and took her time with my hair. I will definitely be booking with her again, she was able to match my hair perfectly to my extensions. I appreciated her honesty and her knowledge when it comes to blonde hair.

She has salvaged all my disastrous at home colors, and turned my hair in to anything I want. If you need someone you can have confidence in, definitely go see Lindsay!

Ive been Blonde, Brunette, and now Cowboy Copper and she CRUSHES it every single time!! Her extension work is amazing, her cuts are perfect, and her color is my top-notch. Do yourself a favor (and your hair), and book her!

I never said anything and after a long over due haircut I have this place another chance. It’s like they just put any kid that’s used a pair of clippers a job. The second cut was not near as bad as the first. So I go in and tell the kid that did it. Kinda gets an attitude but says he’s gonna fix it. How? Put the hair back? Shave it all off and give me a military cut. I just said naw I’m good. He said ok see ya. I’m in business myself. You don’t let a customer walk when you are the one at fault. I’m not sure but I don’t think you can put h I’m pissed. My hair is balding. You vertically can not mess my hair up. Stevie Winder could cut hair better than these two knuckleheads.
