Helped inform me and prices that I had to pay out of pocket and what I really need to pay for vs things that could wait! Jessica was very sweet and understanding of everything and explained things to me in ways I would understand. She didn’t judge and let you just talk!

All of the staff was so friendly and the office so clean and organized. I would highly recommend Jessica, she was a great listener and got lab work going for me right away.

1 /5 JESSIE SMITH: If I could leave 0 stars I would. In prior visits the office staff has always been so welcoming and kind as well as the providers. As a working Mom who dont misunderstand me will take off of work and take my child/ children to the Dr. if need be called and made an appointment not the initial intake appointment, but a follow up appointment for my child to have a refill on a prescription for ADD medication. Upon making the appointment I verified with the lady scheduling the appointment that the patients Grandmother would be taking him to this appointment making sure that this was acceptable. Because for the first appointment they did ask for a parent to be present, understandable. The Grandmother and patient arrived to the clinic on time for the appointment and were refused services. Have you ever heard of a Grandparent not allowed to take grandchildren to their Dr. appointments? When I was on the phone with the office the office lady was rude and incredibly incompetent. I was shocked and upset and will be changing providers. Sad. Because I thought I had found a good place to take my children.
