repontx: DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I made an appointment a week in advance to get my vehicle looked at. Dropped it off Monday morning they did not start looking at it until Thursday, when they called and said everything is fine with it and they don’t know what they’re looking for. Another few days goes by they tell me all the struts are bad. I dropped off new ones the next morning. A couple days later they call and tell me I bought the wrong parts. I had to have the manufacturer call and explain that they are correct. Another week later, (we’re at 3 weeks now) I call for an update and they tell me it is impossible to get replacement sensors, they have been searching for days, there’s no way to get them I have to get all new parts. Called 2 dealerships and found the parts. Told them I was coming to get the vehicle. Upon my arrival the owner tried to give me the same Shpeel about them being the wrong parts. I told him I had the missing sensors in my car, they were exactly the right parts, and that he was an idiot. He blew a gasket and assaulted me and one of his employees came out front and threw my old parts on the ground, that I needed for core returns. I drove to another shop 3 miles away. The picture of the front strut completely loose is how I drove it there. It’s a miracle I made it. The other shop fixed it with no issues in 2 days.

Wendy Mann: Sadly, we prepaid for a motor to be exchanged in one of our cars and unfortunately, they stole our money, and will not return it not fixing our car... Someone let me know that again there is problem personally again. Anyone that cannot afford to return someones couple of grand with dignity and fairness and the desire to treat people the way they want to be treated appears to suffer from something that has caused to them to deceive us... I love used cars and I bought one that I wanted Jerry to do all the it prepares on everybody knows old cars need to know lots of work... I finally just bought a brand new one because I could not get care i paid for and Ill have been also one paying for a replacement part that never happened.... There is one lady that paid them $8000 to replace an engine that they never did. Replace And send it to her anyway.... It is my prayer. That someone can, I can help him because God promises there is no failure and the return of everyone we wrong... Sadly we never dreamt he was a very unkind, unbelievable businessman, that is not able to have respect or dignity... thanks to God in heaven it was just a small amount of a few thousand but that lady that paid eight thousand she got the most able act upon her we all how to witness ... People dont understand that when God returns to us all, we do, it comes at the most elder parts of our days... I have lived long enough to have had witnessed people using elderly people that became poor unable to eat old people.... I hope someone can go ask what help he really needs...
