1 /5 Edward Trevizo: Friend of mine went here for an oil change and an inspection (cost a little over $200). Apparently they didnt tighten the drain bolt so the car was steadily leaking oil when she got home in her garage. She returned to the shop the next day and the shop said they wanted her to pay them $75 just to find out what the source of the leak (like a diagnostic fee), and then plus the cost of labor to fix the leak. She is not one to argue with people and instead she ended up going to some other shop near by and they showed her how loose the drain bolt actually was. That shop tightened the bolt and they even topped off the oil for her at no cost simply because they felt sorry for her experience with the Broadway Auto Repair shop. Only posting her experience on her behalf, but Broadway Auto Repair should be ashamed of this kind of behavior. I will actively advise people in the area to avoid this shop.
